Lobuche East Combined with Everest Base Camp

Everest area, known locally as Sagarmatha National Park, is home to some of the world\\\\\\\'s highest peaks as well as the famous Sherpas, migrants from eastern Tibet who crossed over the Himalaya and settled here sometime in the late 1400s or early 1500s. This trek is one that goes deep into the heart of the Himalaya. The mountain views are stunning, and the simplicity and hospitality of the Sherpa community is heart warming. You will get to take in the awe-inspiring views of Mt. Everest, the tallest of them all, Mt Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Lobouche Peak, Mt Amadablam, Kasum Kangru peak, Thamserku peak and Kwangde peak. You will also be visiting Sherpa villages and monasteries to gain insight into their culture and lifestyle from up close.

This classical trek into the Solu-Khumbu region begins with a spectacular mountain flight to Lukla & continually trekking along the Dudh Kosi (\\\\\\\"Milk River\\\\\\\"). After crossing the Namche?Sherpa headquater/Capital? we will continue on to Tengboche. With its beautiful Buddhist monastery, this small village is considered the spiritual center of the Khumbu area. We will gradually make our ascent to Dengboche, Climb the Chhukung Ri 5600m, trek to pokalde BC, Cross Kongma La 5600m and finally along the glacial moraine to Gorak Shep at the base of Kala Pattar. Now You will have the option of an sunset or sunrise trek to the 18,188\\\\\\\' summit of Kala Pattar for a panoramic view of some of the world\\\\\\\'s highest mountains including Everest at 29,035\\\\\\\'. We\\\\\\\'ll make the 3-hour trek on to Everest Base Camp where, depending on season, you\\\\\\\'ll see mountaineering expeditions preparing for their ascent to the highest peak in the world, beginning with the spectacular Khumbu Icefall. Enjoy the holidays in the Khumbu

While you in hiking you must have a light day pack, allowing you to acclimate and enjoy the trip to the max. Our experienced staff will trek with the group, set up the tents, cook all the food, which includes excellent Western and local cuisine. After the exploring the Kala Pattar & Everest base camp, now you will have good opportunity to make the ascent of Mt Lobouche East 6,119m after complete acclimatized to Everest base camp. It?s the time to turn back to the Lukla alone with khumbu valley & fly to KTM.

Kathmandu

We will be staying at (3-4 star) category hotel, which is heart of Kathmandu city the area called Thamel (The tourist city in Kathmandu). There are many restaurants in Kathmandu catering to western requirements as well as plenty of local Dal Bhat (rice and lentils) shops at very reasonable prices!

On the Trek

We will stay in lodges for some of the trip and in tents and also use the full camping service style option (cook, kitchen hands, morning tea to your tent door, camp Sherpas to help with equipment, porters, yaks - the whole \\\\\\\'Raj\\\\\\\' style thing). It is after all a holiday. Our cooks has picked up Thai curries, Italian pastas and a whole host of other dishes, which are very welcoming at the end of a good day\\\\\\\'s trekking. We also have cooked breakfasts and cooked lunches where possible.

On the Mountain

We will use specialized mountaineering tents for our brief stay up high. Food will be prepared by your guide and Sherpas and will be nutritious and plentiful, if slightly more basic than you might receive on at your local cafe strip.
